Shipping policy

At Consenso, every order ships completely free.

Once your order is placed, please allow up to 3 business days for processing and dispatch. From there, delivery takes between 7 to 21 business days depending on your location. The order cutoff timing is 12:00pm Singapore Standard Time. 

If your order has not arrived within 21 business days of dispatch, please reach out to our customer support team at customersupport@consenso.store and we will resolve it promptly.
